Arcade Fire, anciennement The Arcade Fire, est un groupe de rock indépendant canadien, originaire de Montréal, au Québec. Les membres du groupe sont les multi-instrumentistes Win Butler, Régine Chassagne, Richard Parry, Tim Kingsbury, William Butler, Sarah Neufeld et Jeremy Gara. Le groupe a pris forme au début des années 2000. Il s'est développé autour du couple formé par Win Butler et Régine Chassagne.

Le groupe fait usage d'un large éventail d'instruments de musique — surtout de la guitare, de la batterie et de la guitare basse — mais aussi du piano, des synthétiseurs, de l'alto, du violoncelle, du xylophone, des percussions diverses, de l'accordéon et de la harpe. Régine Chassagne utilise même une vielle à roue lors de l'enregistrement de Neon Bible, ainsi que sur scène. La plupart des musiciens jouent de plusieurs instruments : sur scène, on peut ainsi voir Régine Chassagne passer de l'accordéon à la batterie ou Win Butler de la guitare à l'orgue.

Funeral, leur premier album, est classé par l'agrégateur de critiques du monde entier Acclaimed Music meilleur album de la décennie 2000-20107 et leur troisième opus The Suburbs est récompensé du Grammy Award de l'album de l'année en 20118.
